PubLove @ The Green man, Paddington

The hostel is on the upper floor of a traditional pub, just beside a tube station. It's a very strategic location to go anywhere in London, and there are a lot of stores and supermarkets around, which can be very handy. I stayed in a 6-beds room and space was good. Beds were comfortable enough, and the linens were impeccably clean. There are very few showers, but they're good and kept very clean.

It was centrally located,clean and budget friendly. The staff were generally friendly. Some much more than others. Thanks to Daisy for sorting out some small problems.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower was good. The room I was in, was facing the street and it can get noisy (I didn't have a problem with that, I'm a heavy sleeper, but my roommate for example, had some trouble). If you're coming at night, you might find the bathroom a bit messy, but they clean it everyday after lunch. There's also a bar downstairs, great beer/really tasty burgers and they also have a lunch special between 12 and 4. Really nice staff, had a great stay and will definitely be coming back.

The location is brilliant, as I was in London for a week, mainly for the festivals in Hyde Park (15min walk), plus its next door to Edgware Rd Station, so access to anywhere in London is possible 😉👍 There has been a heatwave whilst I was there, so the rooms & pub where quite warm, but didn't affect me, just an excuse for a cold beer or 10 😜🙈🤣🤣🤣 lol Would stay here again or any other PubLove hostels, as I have stayed at the Exmouth Arms before & will be there again in Oct for a night, as I catch a flight the day after & its very close to Euston Station 😉👍
